We plan the switch around your live orders so nothing stops. You send stock on an agreed date, we receive and check it against your counts, connect your store, and orders start routing to our floor.
Yes. DTC and wholesale run on the same account, and each order type follows its own picking, packing and documentation rules, so retail parcels and bulk wholesale both go out correctly.
Bundles, kits and custom packing rules are built to your spec and applied at pick and pack. A bundle order is picked as its components, and kitting is assembled to the agreed configuration.
We connect directly to Shopify. Products, variants and orders sync automatically, inventory is pushed back to your store, and tracking is written to each order on dispatch.
We hold accounts with Australia's major carriers and route each order to the best-fit service. Tracking is captured at dispatch and written back to your store so your customer is updated automatically.
Billing is itemised per order across pick, pack and shipping on a clear rate card. Stock, orders and invoices sit in one dashboard, and every invoice reconciles to the orders that generated it.
Returns are inspected against the agreed process and actioned within 24 hours. Sellable stock goes back to inventory and everything else is handled to your instructions.
